About A Perfect Circle
A Perfect Circle began in Los Angeles in 1999 through the collaboration of guitarist Billy Howerdel and Tool singer Maynard James Keenan. Their music connects detailed alternative rock arrangements with strong vocal melodies. Mer de Noms and Thirteenth Step established their sound, while Emotive and Eat the Elephant explored different ways of building atmosphere around a song.
