Spotify About Avenged Sevenfold
Avenged Sevenfold formed in Huntington Beach, California, in 1999. Their early metalcore sound on Sounding the Seventh Trumpet and Waking the Fallen developed towards more traditional heavy metal on City of Evil. Later albums continued to change direction, with Nightmare and the progressive metal of The Stage showing different sides of the band's catalogue.
