About Garbage
Garbage formed in Madison, Wisconsin, in 1993, bringing Scottish singer Shirley Manson together with Duke Erikson, Steve Marker and producer Butch Vig. Their music combines alternative rock with electronic production and pop songwriting. The self-titled debut and Version 2.0 established that mixture in the 1990s, including songs such as 'Stupid Girl' and 'Push It'.
