About Helloween
Helloween formed in Hamburg in 1984 and became a major influence on European power metal. Fast guitar playing, melodic singing and ambitious arrangements run through their catalogue. Their records helped define a style in which heavy metal's force could sit alongside bright melodies, dramatic storytelling and an occasionally playful sense of character.
