About Karnivool
Karnivool formed in Perth, Australia, in 1998. Their progressive rock combines Ian Kenny's melodic singing with detailed rhythms and guitar arrangements that move between spacious and heavy passages. Themata, Sound Awake and Asymmetry show different sides of that approach, giving the band a catalogue built around atmosphere as well as instrumental precision.
