About The Ocean
The Ocean are a Berlin-based collective whose catalogue combines progressive metal, atmospheric rock and electronic textures. Their releases include Precambrian, Pelagial, the two Phanerozoic albums and Holocene. The recordings bring heavy guitars and contrasting vocal styles into extended arrangements with quieter passages and strong rhythmic detail.
