About Three Days Grace
Three Days Grace developed from the Canadian band Groundswell, which began in Norwood, Ontario, in 1992. The group adopted its better-known name in 1997. Their music combines heavy guitar arrangements with direct melodies and emotionally focused writing, making the space between alternative metal and accessible rock central to the band's identity.
