A Day at the Beach
A Day at the Beach does not hurry towards its biggest moments. Airbag let keyboards, guitar and restrained rhythms build a mood before opening the arrangements up. The Norwegian band's fifth album adds more electronic colour to their spacious progressive rock, while Bjørn Riis's lead guitar remains a major part of the appeal. The approach is familiar, but several songs make it work very well.
