Vol.II

Angine de Poitrine

Vol.II is strange guitar music with a surprisingly direct appeal. Angine de Poitrine use repeating guitar and bass loops, tightly connected drums and melodies that sit outside familiar rock tuning. The result can seem complicated on paper, but the main invitation is simple: follow the rhythm. This duo are at their best when their unusual ideas still make the music move.
