Foxing

Dealer makes Foxing's emotional rock feel more contained and detailed. The songs leave room between the instruments, letting Conor Murphy's voice move from a delicate murmur towards a strained cry. There is plenty of intensity, but it often arrives through a carefully built arrangement rather than an immediate rush of noise. That approach gives the album a strong, consistent character.
