Revelator

Tedeschi Trucks Band

Revelator brings Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks together in a band large enough to give their songs plenty of colour. The eleven-piece group includes horns, keyboards and two drummers, but the arrangements leave a clear place for Tedeschi’s voice and Trucks’ guitar. The most impressive thing is how little the record feels crowded.
