Rat Saw God
Rat Saw God joins loud guitar music to stories that feel close to ordinary life. Wednesday draw from country, shoegaze and alternative rock, with Karly Hartzman's voice moving between a rough conversational delivery and a much stronger cry. The songs can be funny, sad and uncomfortable in the same passage. Their strength comes from making those feelings seem connected rather than neatly separated.
