The Yes Album

Yes

The Yes Album makes complicated playing feel welcoming. Steve Howe's guitar adds folk, country and harder rock details, while Chris Squire's bass and Bill Bruford's drums keep the arrangements moving. Jon Anderson's high voice and the close harmonies give the record a lighter character than its busy instrumental parts might suggest.
