About The 1975
The 1975 formed in Wilmslow, Cheshire, in 2002. Their music moves between pop rock, electronic production and more experimental passages, with Matty Healy's vocals tying those different settings together. Across their albums, polished melodies sit alongside changes in style and mood, making the full record an important part of the band's approach.
