Spotify About Dark Tranquillity
Dark Tranquillity formed in Gothenburg, Sweden, in 1989 and helped establish the city's melodic death metal sound. Their debut Skydancer arrived in 1993, followed by The Gallery in 1995. Mikael Stanne moved from guitar to lead vocals during those early years, while later albums such as Fiction continued the band's long recording history.
