Spotify About Hum
Hum formed in Champaign, Illinois, in 1989 and became known for guitar-heavy alternative rock. The single 'Stars' brought attention to their 1995 album You'd Prefer an Astronaut, followed by Downward Is Heavenward in 1998. After a long break between studio albums, the band released Inlet in 2020, adding another chapter to that earlier catalogue.
