No Feeling Is Final
No Feeling Is Final gives Maybeshewill's return a broad, carefully arranged sound. Guitars still have an important role, but strings, keyboards, brass and electronics help carry the record's changing moods. Its concern with a damaged world is clear, yet the music keeps making room for hope. The strongest pieces make that movement feel musical rather than simply suggested by the album title.
